What is a custom course portal? 

A custom course portal is a login-only website that is customized to your organization (your unique domain/web address, your colors/logo, your church or company name). This site houses your unique content—courses creating specifically by your organization for your organization. No generic modules, no directing your people to some other company's site to take courses. By you—for your people.

Is making my own content hard?

No! It's easier now than ever before to produce high-quality video courses, even with limited equipment, time, and technology. As a client of ClearCourse, you will have access to our tips, recommendations, and guidance to help make the process for you as easy as possible.

Do I have to provide the content?

ClearCourse's objective is to allow leaders to provide customized content to their people—no canned courses recycled generically over and over. So yes, with our system, we provide the tech build for you, and you provide the content you want your people to see!

What types of files can I include?

Our system builds video-forward courses but also makes it easy for you to attach other files, such workbooks, manuals, worksheets, or other links for resources to go along with your courses. Most file types commonly found in the business environment are able to be attached to a lesson in the portal.

Are there ongoing fees with ClearCourse?

Your initial setup fee covers your account setup and the actual buildout of your portal, along with initial training so that you and your staff know how to use your new portal. However, anything that "lives" on the internet has to be hosted somewhere, so there are minimal monthly fees that cover your ongoing hosting. You also have the option to pay for enhanced ongoing support.
